At Livano Oakwood, every detail is curated to support a lifestyle of intentionality, connection, and care. Developed by LIV Development and designed by Nequette Architecture & Design, this Gainesville-based community blends elevated aesthetics with thoughtful amenities, creating spaces that feel as warm and welcoming as they are refined.

As part of this inspired collaboration, South Cypress supplied the wood flooring featured throughout the interior clubhouse and amenity spaces. The design team selected our Hudson wood flooring collection in the color Sullivan—a warm, sophisticated tone that anchors the interiors with a sense of timeless comfort and understated elegance.

From the expansive lounge to the co-working nooks and community kitchen, the clubhouse is the heart of Livano Oakwood—where neighbors gather, unwind, and build meaningful connections. We're proud to have played a supporting role in helping this community come to life.
